Western Drug and Medical Supply is not what they claim. My doctor has been using them to supply my needs for equipment for over 2 years. Since the very beginning, they have NO since of urgency to supply the equipment needed. You as the patient will need to be the liaison between them and your doctor. They will NEVER will NEVER call you if they don't have what is needed to complete the order and you will continue to wait, wait and wait. I had an absolutely horrible experience with western drugs. I had a special circumstances where my insurance was going to change a few months after i got my breathing machine. the reps told me that if i buy it with cash i could get a discount (900$ not much of a discount) and that i could still return it if it didnt work for me. I couldnt sleep well with it. and tried to return a month after i got it (April) i kept getting told that i could return if the new mask doesnt work or if i practiced half an hour every day. it still... read more

I wish I could leave less than 1 star. In less than 2 months this machine has broken down 7 times now!!! I have to fight to get any help. I have already been put in the hospital once because of an infection due to them not replacing the defective unit for 3 days. Now a home care nurse is coming to check if I have to go back to the ER.... AGAIN!!! THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST OUT THERE PERIOD!!!!! STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH!!!!!!!!
