Worst customer I have even seen from a dealership. Just walked into the lot to look at a vehicle and instead of helping me kindly, I was pretty much told indirectly that nothing can be done without even me looking at the vehicle. The person who I talked to in the dealership parking this morning clearly is lacking customer service skills as it was inappropriate to ask me about my credit situation in an open space. Steve was incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment we walked into the dealership. Although we didn’t end up purchasing the Jeep Wrangler from them, we truly appreciated his professionalism and friendly approach.
