I delt with Julie Jones for a refinance and it was a great experience. Fast prompt responses and got it all done in a day mostly through text and email which was extremely convenient with my work schedule 100% recommend!!!!!
This place lied to me and significantly set me back in such a way that I may have to reschedule an important surgery in a couple weeks now that I’ve already had to put off because of significant stress. I came to this place welcomed with fake consideration and pressured into something that I was lead to believe would help me but instead it hurt me significantly and I’m so offended I trusted these clueless people.
These people will lie to your face and make an unimaginably hard time even harder if you let them, take it from me and don’t let them! they DO NOT care about people with life threatening aliments, you’re worthless to them go somewhere else.
Worked with Tracy Z on an auto loan. She is a top notch loan officer who is extremely knowledgeable and super efficient. Western Division truly is number one!
