Caring and professional - from the reception to the treatment, everyone is there to help and offer the best experience possible.
Susan makes this place incredible. Very organised, easy, prompt. It has a large waiting room. Very clean throughout with immaculate toilets. Excellent. She remembers everyone's names, their needs and manages to get everyone in and out without feeling rushed but very efficiently. I had given this place 5 stars, and they were all because of Susan.
