RecommendedAfter dealing with a waste removal company that was unreliable and non communicative, we were desperate for a company who would just show up! Western Disposal has been highly personable, communicative, and prompt with service. I feel that my business is valued, and I'm kicking myself for not calling them sooner.
Have contacted two times in last month. first issue was breaking a wheel and leaving in middle of street.. when I leave my garbage cans on flat slate of cement (my driveway), contacted the number provided and gentleman that answered was very kind and someone did end up coming out to replace wheel. Today I contacted due to my lid missing not sure where it went as it was not in the middle of the street where my garbage cans are laying??? please help me stop having to make these phone calls to have my garbage cans replaced. thi... read more

Dear western disposal, Last Night i was running to my car at North High school, coming home from a Cross Country meet. I did not notice that I had dropped my wallet with my ID cards and money in it by the trash can. Today right before I left to get a hair cut I noticed my wallet was gone!
