Have been working with Western Diagnostic on a resarch project for several years. They are professional, smart and do great work. You can count on this group to do things right and to get to the right answer --- I think that's what you want in a clinical lab.
The service was not noteworthy, however, I would highly avoid this company due to their horrendous customer service and financial service. We had a bill which took over FOUR months of phone calls back and forth to resolve. We received a confirmation number were told multiple times it had been paid and in processing, but yet every week it was still “not processed” and not paid.
