Great experience for my daughter. Staff were wonderful! Very friendly and helpful
Staff did an absolutely amazing job with my two daughters. My youngest, who had had a previous traumatic and unsuccessful experience during collection, was very well cared for. Staff were very professional, understanding, playfully distracting and put my daughters minds at ease. A successful and excellent experience. I definitely recommend them for paediatric blood collection.
Waiting more than an hour to get PCR test for travel, totally time wasting !!!
