Navarro and his crew did our concrete floors almost a year ago now. The entire house has beautiful concrete floors. They put a grey tinted clear epoxy over the natural concrete and it looks awesome. They also put in an epoxy garage floor too. They both still look amazing! Everyone comments on how cool the floors are and how beautiful the aggregate looks. I would highly recommend Western Design Coatings to anyone who is seeking flooring services. They did a great job at my house. They did concrete polished floors at my place and my floors look awesome. I love my floors. Navarro is a very high skilled person who knows what he is doing and knows about their products. Any questions that I had he would answer. He is very helpful. I would not hesitate to call him again if I needed him for other areas of my house.
Western Design's owner, Navarro, was extremely rude and insulting to us when we tried asking questions about the overlay that they did on our pool deck. Apparently he does not handle anyone asking questions about the quality of his work. The overlay appeared to be debonding from the base and when we tried to bring it to his attention he accused us of "wasting his time." This guy has serious anger issues and we would not use his company again or recommend Western Design to anyone.
