I went to a demotologist in the inner eastern suburbs today, even though I come from the west.( She was perfect; seen in a day or two,no wait time, listened to me and attentive) Now my memories of Jack Green: Months wait time. ( not good for a BCC issue) Long wait in reception. His consultation is extremely fast, like as if he's out to make as much money as he can. Do not see Dr Green. Waited an hour and 20 to be seen. Did not apologise for lateness. Incredibly rushed and abrupt manner and mentioned multiple times that I could just 'google things'. Then charged $300 for his 'services'. When called to give feedback to western dermatology it was clear that multiple people had already complained about him and the receptionist said feedback was pretty pointless. Feel like the word charlatan could possibly be appropriate.
I had to wait 45 mins to be seen. I then spoke to one of the female dermatologists and show her a mark on my shin. She took my history and said she didn’t know what it was and wanted to confirm with DR green. 25 mins later he came in to exam me and told me it was a skin condition showed me google images of gross picture saying it’s the start of this. such a rude and arrogant doctor. Such handful of people are just a big black dot on this profession. We booked an appointment for our kid 2 months in advanced and they had to sit there for over 2 hours for their turn and they let other later appointments to go in first, that even you can ignore for a moment. that doctor did not explained a bit and just in 4 mins write a prescription.
