Jennifer otero is amazing. She injected a vial of restylane I have had an occasion to receive an injection from other medical providers Not only did she skillfully place the injection, I had absolutely no bruising. I give her the highest rating ever. Nancy T.
Terrible service. Left waiting for a long time. While speaking with the medical assistant she stated that they will probably not do treatment on me today due to an upcoming vacation and offered to cancel. She spoke with the provider. The provider M Starns stated there would NOT be ANY charge today if she did not do any treatment. She talked to me for 5 minutes and stated there would be NO charge. This was very clear. Now I get a bill and am told that this needs to be paid just for speaking with her when I was told completel... read more

I would stay away from this place. . . they just want to rack up your bill! I saw Dr. Purcell who thought I might have a couple small precancerous spots. I told her that what she was pointing to was a recent scrape from an injury. She talked me into freezing the two spots anyway. A month later, I got an unexpected bill for this unnecessary procedure and was I not happy. I spoke with the billing department who was unsympathetic and said there was nothing he could do.
