Shocking!!! I’m shocked after seeing a “specialist” to be treated with a condescending dismissive attitude!!!! I paid for a consultation post a traumatic dental experience only to be dismissed without even an examination ! I would not recommend them!
After waiting 3months for an appointment to complete a biopsy and paying $300 . Was told it must be done at another appointment in 5 months time as the initial Dr is going on leave. Had I know there was not continuing care, I would have found another service provider. Which I then did had the biopsy done in 2 weeks later and claimed some back through Medicare. I had a root canal done today by Dr Mark Johnstone and I honestly cannot recommend him enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a beautiful team the practice is so clean, calm and welcoming. I was extremely nervous about the procedure, especially given my past experiences, but Dr Mark Johnstone was incredible.
