My husband had his first consultation with Dr Jillian today and I’m so glad we went to her. She was so patient with my husband and answered all our questions thoroughly. Explained his whole treatment plan including costs so there were no hidden surprises. Her extensive medical knowledge really showed through and the most amazing part was that my husband said she was extremely gentle which surprised him bcs all his other dentists have been so rough
To Dr Jillian Ong I attended your practice on 30th of April with very clear request-to assess my top front implant which was very wobbly and provide a plan on what is to be done about that implant. For me that was priority and main reason I was there, but instead you proceeded with giving me lectures about brushing, flossing, gum infections and what not. I have nothing but high praise for Dr Jill Ong. She is the kindest and most caring practitioner I have ever met. Not once did I ever feel rushed during a consultation and my questions were always answered with humility and patience. I was referred to her after seeing two other facial specialists as well as 3 general dentists for longstanding jaw and facial pain.
