They don't want to know what the customer needs, how the customer feels after treatment, I went to Western Dental Clinic in Claremont. I need a tooth filling because of the pain. They said they had to do a deep clean first. Examining my teeth, they said that the tooth cannot be filled, it can only be extracted, but I don't want to have it extracted because it is a molar. "I got braces at this company and I am just shocked at how they treat customers. I have to travel 30 miles to get there, and for the third time, they schedule an appointment and for the third time, they are closed. I am wasting my time and they are mocking me. I do not recommend this place! They will consider you a clown who comes and it is always closed."
I’m so disappointed with the service, rudeness, no respect , I was very clear I had Uber as my transportation but Stephanie did ever care and start passing other patients instead of me .making other appointment it’s not the solution, I make my time to be at the place on time .
