Lazy, Incompetent front desk staff, rude with bad attitude. 3 rescheduled appointments and they could never get it right. For your sake look for another place and save yourself a bad experience.
Western Dental tried to sell me their “GumX” treatment for $1400, claiming it was necessary for my gums. After looking into it, I found out it’s just 1.7% hydrogen peroxide gel and fluoride gel—the kind of stuff you can easily buy online for under $100. Even worse, it turns out this product is featured on their own website by Western Dental themselves, so they’re essentially pushing their own branded product at a ridiculous markup.
