Western Dental has amazing customer service, excellent professionalism, and top-notch dental skills. Thanks to Dr. Bunar, my teeth look brand new! Been waiting for over an hr after the scheduled appt. Temperature in the lobby was hotter than outside. Asked staff to turn on air. They seemed not to care. Poor customer service.
Joanne was friggin AWESOME, as well as the rest of the staff .She took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. My only issue is that my prescription didn't get sent over so I stayed up all night in pain....
