Worst place ive ever been in. Absolute time wasters by making me wait hours just to do my cleanings while they waste time EATING LUNCH. its like they dont care about you at all. Not to mention how they made my wife pay 5k for my sons braces. The staff like to take advantage of people by wasting their time and taking their money. WORST PLACE EVER. i do not recommend this place to anyone and I hope for this place to fall off.
This dental place is one of the worst places I've ever been in. They are slow and awful at their jobs. My son has been here for orthodontic and braces for almost 3 years now. Nothing has been done about my son's braces. They've been saying that my son's bite was bad and that they needed it to get better so they can add the lower braces of my son. I've wasted a year hearing that same excuse and they don't do anything unless I pay. I've paid about $5,800 and they still want me to pay more for my son's braces. I'm done hearing ... read more
I wanted to give Western dental another chance and this office impressed me. I was very pleased with the service, but I mainly wanted to say Thank you so much to Dr. Alouwayed. I started crying because he saw I was in pain and he had a kind heart to service me to relieve this pain. Thank you so much. Of all the dental appointments in my life time, I have never seen a very kind doctor like you. Thank you for leading with your heart and understanding.
