Wait time is disrespectful
Please be cautious before choosing this dental clinic!! I don't like to leave negative reviews, but my experience here was very disappointing! I had an issue with the front desk staff member, Damaris, who entered incorrect information into the system despite me repeatedly providing the correct details. When I tried to explain the mistake and asked for it to be corrected, I felt dismissed and was met with an unprofessional and rude attitude!! Update: Because we already had the appointment booked at the time of our previous bad experiences, and my insurance provides few options, I took my other kid back today for a new client exam. I guess I hoped that we had previously just caught them at a bad time. We were on time for our 4:30 appointment, but the dentist did not want to provide the exam and x-rays because it was apparently too late in the day and they were already backed up with other patients.
