This is one of those “if I could give this place 0 stars, I would” reviews. My grandma needed partial dentures as confirmed by another dentist and had to get it at this Western Dental location. The dentist mentioned that there were 2 versions of partial dentures: one that is covered by Medical, and one that isn’t, and that they should confirm pricing for the paid one with the front desk. Wouldn't take any of the identification I offered when the bank takes them. The woman could not even pronounce passport correctly. Impolite and unhelpful.
The front desk attendant was rude and made me wait an hour when I had my appointment at 4. Bad service here DO NOT COME HERE.
