Worst dental office I've ever been in. I have a fear of dentists and this place only made it worse. Because if the fear I have bad teeth and at this point need dentures. I had one dentist look at me and then another cam in and barely even spoke to me and I could barely understand his terrible English anyway. He then started to pull 3 teeth at the same time. This location has not been open for months and they refuse to remove it from google. The closing of this location has not only displaced many in the area but forces us to go to nearby locations like Burbank that are understaffed and have too many patients. If you use health net or LA care they are going to assign you to this location and waste your time.

In November 2023, I scheduled an appointment at this location and agreed to open a dental credit card to pay for gum trays that were recommended to improve my gum health. I even provided an alternate address where they could be shipped because I was about to leave for a cruise ship contract. Weeks went by, and I never received the trays. I called multiple times, each time speaking with a different front desk employee who seemed unaware of my situation. Terrible service, canceling appointments all the time. I had an appointment today and door is locked. So weird
