Save yourself of the hassle and do not go here. They are extremely difficult to reach through the phone. On multiple occasions I've had to call over 10 times to try and reach the receptionist. They never pick up and instead of having the option to leave a message you automatically get transferred to their main line (which is no help whatsoever). It was awful I was there for 2 hours and still hadn't been seen the dentist never came in to say a word so I ended up leaving, I felt that they were very unprofessional someone could have told me that the dentist was as busy as she was and gave me the option of rescheduling after the first hour past but I keep asking what's going on and after 2 hours I decided to leave and of course I was very upset the front desk forgot I was even back there still waiting for the dentist, so I hope next time which they're suppose to call me... read more
On September 8, 2025 I finally had an appt. set for 12 noon. Prior to this appt. I was seen on the 23rd of August, and was told I needed extensive dental work. I asked for a treatment plan during my initial appt. in February 2025 which I did NOT receive. At today's appt. I was asked - actually pressured to pay for the anticipated services before the dentist got started, and before I received the treatment plan which I originally asked for - with the specific cost breakdown. The wait inside is long in between procedures. Too long to get the temporary crown. We got in at 2pm. We didn't go out until 5pm.
I lived down the street from this place, so I thought I would give it a try since it a brand new office and they’re just opened a few months ago. I came for a consultation and was told that I qualified for a deep cleaning after they checked my insurance. So I go ahead and made an appointment for the deep cleaning.
