Had an appointment at 2 pm, when I walked up to open the doors the doors were locked. Then 4 other people walked up to do the same thing and the doors were still locked. I tried contacting the office but was then sent to the corporate line. corporate tried calling the office and still no answer. They tried apologizing and wanted to re schedule me, not going to re schedule if that’s how they treat their incoming patients.

Today I had an appt. for 12 noon. Prior to this appt. I was seen on the 23rd of August, and was told I needed extensive dental work. I asked for a treatment plan in February 2025 which I did not receive. At Today's appt. I was asked - actually pressured to pay for the anticipated services before the dentist got started, and before I received the treatment plan which I originally asked for - with the specific cost breakdown. I do not recommend Western Dental in San Lorenzo for anyone. It’s extremely difficult to reach them, even for something as simple as rescheduling an appointment. They rarely answer the phone, and the excuse is always that they are “out of desk” to help patients which makes no sense, as there should always be someone available to respond. Instead, calls are directed to their main office, which is also unhelpful.
