i’ve never experienced anywhere that I’ve waited over three hours for a deep cleaning appointment. I will give this location, a one star if Dr. Gwyn the orthodontist and his team is not awesome enough to do their job!!! 5 stars for Dr. Gwyn & her team!!! they are very kind and caring to their patients. DO NOT GO HERE! I came in yesterday Tuesday June 2,2026 at 2:00. I was in ALOT of pain, my face was very swollen and I had a fever. After taking xrays, I waited forever. Then someone came in and told me that I needed a root canal and I needed to see another place that specializes in root canals because it was very complex case. I understood this but I didn't realize until I left that I never received anything for the infection I had nor the pain I had. Dr. Jhala and Eden did an amazing job. They made the whole experience very comfortable and explained everything clearly. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel at ease during my visit. I really appreciate the care and attention they gave me. Highly recommend!
I WISH I COULD leave 0 stars...what an absolute garbage place now. I was just there 3 months ago for a "maintenance cleaning" and I had another "maintenance cleaning" today. The big difference is I got new insurance in the last 3 months. Today, all of a sudden, I needed NEW X-rays, new exams, and suddenly I have ALL sorts of things wrong in my 50yr old mouth. took forever in waiting room and been in pain for months having to reschedule my wisdom teeth removal. finally got my appointment for 9am the day before after i waited a month they changed my appointment to 4pm. didn’t eat all day and waited to be seen took 50 minutes for them to tell me i couldn’t be seen and have to reschedule. absolutely disgusting and ridiculous. unbelievably unprofessional.
