Western Dental Lemon Grove San Diego has the best staff members that are so attentive, warm and kind every time I go there for an appointment. I am so grateful they care about my dental hygiene needs and hope I continue to have great experiences at my appointments since I live so close to that location. Put off visiting the dentist for such a long period of time and because of a crack in my tooth I was forced to go. I thought I'd only need a filling but turned out I had 2 cavities. needed deep cleaning and a root canal. I was terrified of getting all this done but Dr. Kabati and Dr. Moreno had a way of making me feel at ease. Terrible experience. I’ve come here multiple times just to get one tooth removed, but all they care about is selling their overpriced implants. Every visit ends with “Come back next time, the doctor will see you.” How many times do I have to come back for a simple extraction? Very poor service — I do NOT recommend this place to anyone.
Absolutely no regard or consideration for peoples time. Scheduled first appointment and rep over the phone failed to tell me only one dentist takes my insurance, yet proceeded to schedule me. Was turned away at the office. Scheduled yet again just to be told the dentist was not going to be there. No apologies no, no call to advise the appointment would be canceled yet again. Absolute disregard for peoples time.
My experience is exactly what everyone else has gone through. Sara in the back taking X-rays needs you to tell her everything about the reason for your visit because she's the supervisor back there and and she needs to know this and Diana who is the supervisor in the front does not communicate this to her so she creates all this discord then deny's you service .
