Worst dental clinic in the world with the worst doctor. Very disrespectful, showing zero respect for patients and their time. A single filling takes them four hours—they do a little work, leave the room for an hour, return for five minutes, then disappear again. If you ask the doctor’s assistant to call the doctor, she tells you to leave and come back another time, even after the doctor has already given a numbing injection and you’ve waited three hours in pain. I highly do not recommend this place.
They make you wait 45 minutes to an hour even when you make an appointment months ago. They give you wrong information too. I was told 6 months ago to come back for a regular cleaning. They finally see me and they're confused why I'm here. Apparently my insurance only covers cleaning once a year. Why would you not tell me that before? Wasted my day off for them to literally do nothing.
Western dental lemon grove has given me my confidence back! The staff are amazing they are kind and understanding and didn’t make me feel self conscious with all of my many teeth problems that have left me hopeless for a very long time! I have heard many Western Dental horror stories but I go here due to convenience of locations and insurance acceptance. Today I had a terrible experience. This was my second day of returning for an appointment for a deep cleaning. I believe it would benefit many if it was their policy to let clients know there will be a long wait time even after checking in on time for the scheduled appointment. Dec 2024 Liz c. dental assistant and DR. N.Jhala was amazing, very sweet, and helpful. They answered all my questions and were very professional and patience.They both went out of their way to make me happy and explained everything that they were doing.I even received a discount for my dental procedure.
