I had a 1pm appointment with the surgeon for a tooth extraction. After waiting a half-hour I checked to see how much longer and was told at least another hour and a half. Another man had already waited 2 hours. Apparently they always over book the surgeon. Why give a fictional appointment time? My time is important too! Add another surgeon. I reported them to the insurance company.
Very professional atmosphere. They do care about the patient.
I was nervous coming in since I haven’t been to the dentist in a while… but everyone here was so helpful and patient with me especially when I was nervous. Everyone there was super nice and wonderful I would totally recommend!
