Zada and tanya were absolutely amazing took my tooth out with minimal pain
Tried to call the number provided. First call they couldn't hear me. Second call they hung up when they said they transferred. 3rd call argued that I was calling for ortho when I all needed was a schedule change. Last visit they were behind schedule so it took a good almost 3hr sit in the waiting room. A lot of phone tag. Wish there was a direct number posted on your website for the oroville location to bypass the call center from another country to assist.
Very nice dental care
I bought and paid for a lower partial, it didn’t match my upper partial very well, they said they sent it back three times to re do it. But it seemed it was almost the same each time. I would think after having several impressions done they could have got it to match my existing partial and teeth. But it is still a bad fit. And they told me if I wear it I will ruin it. So what is the point of having it. If I shouldn’t wear it. Can you explain this to me?
Last time an Hour and 10 minutes wait. This time 37 minutes. I'm done. I like my doctor, I'll miss him. I value my time and myself.
