Is there another dentist in Oroville that takes med cal other than this one, I would go to that one because this one.....they are not doing it for me. What ever happened to the commercial that said new smile in a day? Not unless you pay for it. Nope. Its been months and months. Pass the blame, is a game they play, when their answers to your problem is it's always someone else's mistake, no I think it was mine for coming to WD. I'm stuck now. My New Teeth are excellent.. They are WONDERFUL PEOPLE.. Dr. Zada and Tanya are amazing.. Definitely recommend this OFFICE and the Dr.. Sincerely Anica Holliday.
They schedule you for appointments when their ortho team is on lunch 🤦 Receptionists should be replaced they are not smart at all
Horrible customer service and horrible communication. Made an appt for a dental emergency only to drive 30 minutes for them to tell me that they couldn’t help me. Absolutely ridiculous.
