by far, worst customer service and dental procedures I’ve ever been had done to myself. I can’t believe I let them fool me and put myself through that. I’ve been going to them for the last five months just to replace a chipped tooth. My first visit took 3 hours, second visit 2 hours and my visit yesterday took one hour. They totally had no idea I was waiting even tho I signed in and there was only 3 other patients. I went up to ask about mouth guards and then after wards she asked if I wanted to make an appointment. I told her I had an appointment an hour ago. I’m just waiting. Friendly and efficient staff, same day care for my non emergent dental needs for the two times I have visited. They doctors and staff that interacted with me are respectful, knowledgeable, and don't try to push any unneeded dental care that isn't covered by insurance like some other places.
It was our first time visiting Western Dental & Orthodontics, and overall, the experience was a mix of positives and areas that could be improved. The location was convenient and easy to find, and the office itself was clean and organized. The main downside was the wait time. Compared to other dental offices I’ve visited, we ended up waiting much longer than expected. It would be great if they could improve scheduling or patient flow to make the experience more efficient.
