The woman at the front counter was quite rude and negative. Not one smile. She really needs training in customer relations. I felt unwelcomed and so i left. I will never go to western dental or refer anyone to them. All because this woman has the personallity of a rock. The silver lining of this dissapointment was i found a dentist in the same plaza who was kind and very helpfull.

I was aware of their offoce manager being ill but then the excuse Christmas holidays. My partial is paid for and I moved out of state. I am tired of their worthless answering service No on emails or calls back. I filed a Insuamce claim complaint against the office on corbin gor fraud no product and will now take to small claims court and get more than my partial that is paid for by my Insurance and myself.

Nora was absolutely phenomenal, at the front desk for the orthodontist office she made time to immediately get braces started for my girls, she made everything fast and the process smooth. Happy upcoming birthday to her also 🥳 Dr. Amir is also very approachable and knowledgeable, he made us feel very comfortable and we were seen so quick!
