If I could leave zero stars, I would. I don’t recommend this office to anyone who values their time or expects basic professionalism. I had a 1 PM Saturday appointment. When I scheduled it, I was told my insurance would be verified beforehand. That didn’t happen. When I arrived, the office manager asked the new receptionist if it had been run—she hadn’t done it. The wait time here is absurd. I can be understanding of an office running a little bit behind but the amount of time they have their patients wait is unprofessional. The three times I have been here I have had to wait over an hour to be seen. Staff is nice but they need more hands on deck or need to stop overbooking for the day.
