Bad service and follow up!
Not only have I had issues with billing/auto pay but, in the span of 4 weeks I had to bring my daughter in 6 times for brackets that kept falling off. As well as wires getting cut. Only one of the those was a scheduled appointment. I was told by the dentist that it could be due to location of the brackets. Which not all brackets were in a tight space.
