Would give zero stars if possible This dentist office is absolutely horrible and beyond unprofessional. My friend has been in excruciating pain from her wisdom teeth for weeks. They refused to schedule her for over 3 weeks, and when they finally did, they said the oral surgeon would need to do the extraction. Sincerely wish I could leave 0 stars. Please avoid this place at all costs, I’ve never stepped foot in an establishment as unprofessional as this one. The staff never answer phone calls, they’ll have you in the waiting room for a minimum of an hour every time, their oral surgeon is only here once a month, so they’ll schedule 10+ appointments FOR THE SAME TIME SLOT as if one man is gonna perform multiple oral operations at once, then the staff gets mad when you ask how much longer it’ll be after you’ve waited an hour and a ha... read more

Absolutely 0 time management or respect for anyone’s time. So far every single time I’ve been here I’ve had a set appointment time, and each time I’ve been in the waiting room a minimum of an hour. Came in to get my wisdom teeth removed, had an 8am appointment only to find that several other people were also waiting for their 8am wisdom tooth removal and they only have one surgeon. Avoid at all costs. The staff is EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude, and they’re constantly trying to get you to pay for unnecessary treatment out of pocket that your insurance won’t cover. Every time I’ve been here I’ve been in the waiting room a minimum of an hour, and that’s with a set appointment.
