The lack on communication is ridiculous. When I first came for a check up as a new patient, there wasn’t really an issue, so I had them schedule me for a cleaning. They kept rejecting me saying my insurance only covered half of my mouth for the cleaning and that they would contact me when the insurance approved the whole mouth, almost a month went by and they never called me back so I scheduled an appointment myself to keep getting rejected which is ridiculous. DON'T GO, Please BEG YOU DON'T GO, THIS'S THE WORST EVEN DENTIST OFFICE I EVER VISIT, They have no cleaning, And always trying to selling you servies that cost you a ARM OR LEG.
I wish I could give this office zero stars. From start to finish they have been a nightmare to work with. My first appointment I waited over 4 hours for X-rays and a consultation, I was up sold dental trays my new dentist confirmed I did not need, booked for unneeded deep cleanings and the fillings they did give me a few months ago are already having issues and need to be replaced. I really enjoyed my visit with this office and everyone in it ! I walked in there full of stress and anxiety and left with utter most relief! Dr Hansen was so kind and intelligent, and was able to come up with an amazing treatment plan for me that I am really looking forward too! I am very greatful to have had such an amazing experience and definitely know I am in good hands !
