Let me start by saying that WD has never been synonymous with high quality service in general. HOWEVER, despite a grossly understaffed office ( There was only one dentist and NO hygienist!), Dr. Z, Joanna, and Gabby actually gave me reasons to give three stars instead of just one. Thank you ladies for the efforts you make to treat patients like humans in spite of working for a corporation (Western Dental) that insists on treating patients like numbers.
The oral surgeon did a good job and the dentist technicians were wonderful front desk too i would Recommend this dentist office.It's a good one.

I had a great experience at the Western Dental office in Simi Valley today. Gigi who works at the front desk was awesome! She has a great personality and made it a pleasant wait. And Juanita also helped me and she was also extremely nice. I’ve been coming to this location since 2023, and I’ve seen several different employees, and I have to say that this is definitely the best group I’ve even seen here. It was a great experience for being at the dentist.
