I HAD NY APPOINTMENT AT 2:00 AND WE WERE OUTSIDE WATING IT THE HOT SUN BECAUSE THE DOORS WERE LOCKED AND THEY LET US IN AT 2:15 CERY BAD COSTUMER SERVICE THEY JUST DONT CARE.
This place of business deserves ZERO STARS, No explanation needed.

BE WARNED-Going to the Los Angeles Soto St location was like going to a restaurant, seeing you waiter for 2 minutes, placing your order for a hamburger, having the busboy come and explain how much the appetizer, lobster and dessert are going to be then asking how you are going to pay for it. leaving 2 hours later without any of the food. They are BIG on the UPSELLS here. BE WARNED
