9/3 My wisdom tooth was pulled. Before leaving made an 9/11 appointment for a regular teeth cleaning with the receptionist. Pls note I confirmed it was for a routine cleaning. Due to the extraction a prescription was written. After waiting over an hour at the pharmacy the pharmacist stated they never received the prescription from Western Dental. I was drawn to Western Dental because they advertise a free exam for patients without insurance, but unfortunately, that wasnt my experience. After visiting the office, I was surprised to find out that there were unexpected charges and that the free exam offer didnt apply the way it was promoted. I felt misled, and there was a lack of clear communication about costs upfront.Its disappointing when a company uses advertising to bring people in, only to present a different reality once you're in the chair. Western dental had scheduled me for appointments, and has not repired any of my teeth at my last appointment i was scheduled for an extraction they made me wait about two hrs and when it was time for me , they mentioed that the person who does the extraction is very busy , and might not be able to see me . I dont like this place and seems much more related to discriminating and or racist either way the service was bad ive been coming here for two years and no type of work on any of my teeth
My dentist has anxiety attacks and cant fix my teeth,been going on a long while,I paid for work that didnt get done and they wont give me my refund,they made up fake appointments said I was in a audit then set up a refund apointment and it was for a day they were closed and those things dont exists,signed me up for care credit and I didnt receive work the work they charged for.the manager is a lire.
They don't care my daughter did her braces they never followed up on her appointment but they do collect your payment when it's due they let my daughter braces scrape her mouth they let her go months with out even checking up are following up with her appointment never will go to western dental again

I went to the ******* location on ********** because of a cracked tooth. The dentist said that they will do an implant since the tooth is totally cracked. I asked about a bridge since I know implants are very expensive. The dentist said, "no, they no longer do bridges." So, I began the process of financing my implant. I went to and appt and told them my tooth hurt and the dentist said i don't see anything wrong with that tooth then she put something on the tooth and it made it hurt so bad i almost cried then she gave me ampacillian and told me to go home because it was just air pockets in my teeth then i went home and my tooth and gums hurt so bad and swoll up i couldn't even eat so i endure the pain i finally call them for some pain meds they told me to wait till tomorrow your dentist is off i am in pain i call the next day which is toda... read more
