Western dental had scheduled me for appointments, and has not repired any of my teeth at my last appointment i was scheduled for an extraction they made me wait about two hrs and when it was time for me , they mentioed that the person who does the extraction is very busy , and might not be able to see me . I dont like this place and seems much more related to discriminating and or racist either way the service was bad ive been coming here for two years and no type of work on any of my teeth
DO NOT go to these people. When trying to transfer care or talk to someone on the phone it takes HOURS to get through and then you are dealing with a CALL CENTER. They have NO IDEA what they are doing. They can give you an appointment but can't answer any questions. Example: did our X-rays come from your other office? What is my balance? Does insurance cover any of this? It is a constant run around. It's so BAD that we had to stop treatment and start over with another company.
