Had my 6 month X-rays taken today by technician Paris Cornejo and I have to say that never has the procedure been so fast, pain free, thorough , and friendly. In the past, I’ve experienced pain taking X-rays due to raised areas under my tongue. I explained that, she listened, and made sure she didn’t cause any pain. Thank you, Paris.
It’s been a while since this happened but I went in once and I was getting work done. I don’t remember who it was but someone said “this might hurt/this is going to hurt” (something a long those lines). I didn’t even get to process this before they used a tool on my tooth that wasn’t numbed!! It wasn’t even on the same side they were working on!! It did infact hurt.
They make my teeth worse when they even couldn't put anesthesia right they keep poking the wrong side
Consultant on Friday was really nice and everyone was super kind and helpful.
Worst experience ever! I called western dental and Ispecifically asked if they do root canal in office and I was told yes several times when I asked. I explained that my daughter needed a root canal because the one that was previously performed was done incorrectly and she was in excruciating pain. He gave me same day appointment 2pm. We arrived at 140pm only to be held at and scolded because we were waiting inside the lobby with no staff in sight.
