The staff and the orthodontist could not have been more supportive regarding my grandson's emergency. We are from out of town and I informed the office that he had taken a bad fall and his lower lip had attached to his upper bracket. It was very painful for him and frightening. Within 60 minutes the entire situation had been resolved. They brought us in immediately. I must add that this was Saturday morning and the office was packed. AMEN.
I went in this past Saturday morning when they opened with no appointment. Of course there were patients in front of me, but I had the paperwork filled out and was sitting in the chair having my ex-rays done within 40 mins. The Ex-ray Technician couldn't have been nicer; he even had me laughing! Within 10 mins I saw the dentist. She was really nice too and explained everything so I could easily understand. This western dental is by far the worst dentist I’ve ever been to they left my mouth swollen and in pain I can barely open my mouth to eat my food and to top it off there whole mission is to offer you a bunch of stuff you don’t need just to keep there pockets full
