I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience at Western Dental in Banning has been so disappointing that I feel it needs to be shared. I’ve dealt with long wait times (2–3 hours), canceled treatments after waiting, and poor communication from the staff. For example, I had a root canal scheduled, only to be told when I arrived that insurance hadn’t approved it—something that could’ve easily been communicated ahead of time. It was good they worked with me
don’t come to this place, this is the worst dental ever, some workers are very nasty and rude, l did deep cleaning there,the assistant was pull really hard with her tool on purpose in my mouth , my whole head is in pain. Some people are heaters there, some are only want to make big money on you,again do not recommend any one to come here
Not the cleanest dental facility that’s for sure
This rating of five (5) stars is not only for today but from the beginning of my journey to the end of it in getting my implants.
