Customer service has always been an issue. I prefer not to speak with anyone. Go in do what O need and leave. I don’t want to talk to anyone over the phone because they are rude and in person there is usually only one person that has a clue what is going on! I am actually trying to see how to transfer to a different orthopedist.
Excellent service, all the staff is very friendly and the procedure they performed on me was not painful at all.
Every time I come the dr knatt and Christopher Lopez always do amazing job my kids always feels comfortable with them and Raquel the director was very respectful and professional love coming here thank you for the wonderful hospitality
The worse dental establishment ever. Very unprofessional. They’re constantly rescheduling and canceling appointments. Also miscommunication with their appointments. Terrible customer service, they just hang up when you’re trying to explain your frustration of the serves you have received. We have paid 200$ a month to constantly be rescheduled. I do not recommend this establishment.
