I've had a terrible experience at this location. I scheduled an appointment for my son who's on mercy care and they set it up aware of the above. When we got there, they said the doctor practicing doesn't take mercy care and said we would have to reschedule. So we set up another appointment this time to ensure the doctor on-site would take mercy care. I made an appointment with the receptionist for a Friday late appointment i got asked through text message multiple times reminding me of said appointment and to confirm the appointment so I did. The day before said appointment i get a phone call from them saying I must have made an appointment with the automated services and that they are closed that day. I looked up the info on the website says they are open. I called on the day of my appointment and guess what the location is open. Idk what's going on at that business but... read more

I went to this dental office for the second time today after being turned away the first time, despite being in pain. When I arrived, the front desk staff looked at me as if I was speaking another language when I explained my situation.
