A week ago, she was told she needed a tooth extraction, but due to “insurance verification” issues, she was sent home and told to contact her insurance. I came in a few days ago supposed to get my bottom left side done, but instead they worked on my caps when I clearly had that fixed over a week ago and had no issues. Now they worked on those caps that didn't needed to be touched. My upper right side is still hurting from the pain. I'm very frustrated. Honestly, I feel some dentist offices (not all) are just there for the money and not caring about the patients needs. Please be aware that this clinic and its staff have been very careless and unprofessional. My wife had a filling and a crown done here, and the filling has remained extremely sensitive ever since. We returned to the doctor several times, but he kept misdirecting us and never fixed the issue. To make matters worse, the crown eventually fell out.
