My mother in law had an appointment last week at 10:00. The receptionist insisted the appointment was at 9:00. There were 3 people in the room at the time of scheduling that heard 10:00. The dentist exams her teeth & scheduled a cleaning the following week. That was odd, what dentist schedules for an exam only unless you’re a new patient. Nothing but problems problems problems! Horrible customer service, don’t ever expect a call back, they won’t. I have had issues with this place since the beginning of April no one ever took my insurance information and now I’m being sent to collections for something my insurance should have and will cover so now I have to deal with the repercussions of having to deal with all of this shit When I should never have had to deal with that in the first place. I wish i could give no stars. I went for a partial, they took the impressions. They waited until my coverage ended and denied me kindness and respect. My insurance pays in full day of impression and they never submitted a claim for the one thing i went for. I dont understand wjat cluld be gained from that. My insurance will pay 80% on day of impression, 3 weeks before my coverage ended and they still have never made the claim and told me the claim was denied and chose what work they wanted to do and kept telling me it was fo... read more
Needed an emergency tooth extraction! Saw me same day! Also had teeth cleaned mmmm and an a treatment plan to tow for future dental work!!! 5 stars Dr Keon, Illiana, Natasha, Leslie the whole team was amazing !
