If I can give ZERO stars I would. This office is the most unprofessional office I have ever encountered. I went in last week with pain was told that I needed a root canal we scheduled for the week after. While I was waiting for them to schedule my appointment they seemed to busy talking about who was going to be picking up a cake in the morning, while patient were in line waiting to be helped. Your Pasadena office: 470 N. Los Robles Pasadena CA 91101 is so unprofessional and the service was unthinkable. I have filed 2 complaints and will go to a public platform! All these years and business and you're hiring the inadequate, people who have poor comprehension skills and lack the ability to professionally articulate what needs to be conveyed! Shame on Western Dental!!!
