I went to my dentist this morning for my regular teeth cleaning service. The initial services from the dental assistant who took my X‑rays and by the dentist who went over what needed to be done were very nice and friendly. But when the staff member who verifies my insurance coverage came in to discuss the cost of the gum deep‑cleaning service, the experience took a turn for the worse. I was a first-time patient who came in for a cleaning, and I had a great experience. Everyone on the staff was welcoming and friendly. The entire visit was quick, efficient, and made the process very easy. I would definitely recommend this office to others. Shoutout to Dr. Kim, the Xray Technician, Office Manager, Dental Assistant, and you can’t forget the front desk!
It is so hard to get a hold of anyone here! I've had to call them multiple times just to find out if they received a form from my doctor. But I am constantly being forced to wait a long time only for the phone call to hang up after waiting. Very unprofessional. I'm very disappointed.
