Awesome experience went in as a first time patient and came out with braces I love them !!
The front desk personnel at this office either need to be fired or at least be trained in customer service because they are as rude can be. The so called office manager is the as rude as the other and they cover each other. They had my son 1 hour and 45 minutes waiting for xrays and to see the Dr. without advising the xray tech nor the Doctor that my son was there. When I asked them they told me that I needed to wait and most likely I need to comback for any work if needed. Corporate should look into this matter but it seems... read more

Not even 1 star, in my opinion. We went there for my wife's appointment at 9am. They then told us they don't take my wife's dental insurance even though they are listed as in network providers. Then then told us another Wester Dental office accepts my wife's insurance. I asked them if they can call that office and explain the situation, hoping that maybe they can get my wife schedule there for the same day.
