I’ve had a great experience at this dental office. The doctors are always kind, thoughtful, and take the time to explain everything, making me feel comfortable during every visit. I am writing to express my frustration regarding a recent scheduling issue for my son. I previously called the call center to schedule an appointment and was explicitly told that any dentist at your practice could see and treat him. However, when we arrived for his appointment this past Saturday, the front office staff informed us that because he still has baby teeth, he can only be seen by a pediatric dentist.
