Amazing staff and wonderful office. Brenda my treatment coordinator did an amazing job explaining my treatment. Dr. Jacob goes above and beyond on explaining what needs to be done. Will definitely be going back and will be referring friends and family ☺️.
Horrible first second and last experience. The facility lacks customer service and communication. My first time there I was not greeted when I arrived for my son's dentist appt. The front desk guy gave me no eye contact or acknowledgement as I approached the counter. So I assumed I would just sign the clipboard to put my arrival and appt. time. Then he gave me paperwork in Spanish instead of English to fill out. I'm African American but thankfully I'm bilingual in Spanish so I filled out the paperwork and gave it back to him... read more
The entire crew was amazing! Brenda Steve and I completely forget the other receptionist name, but she was lovely and greeted me kindly! I was very nervous and embarrassed about coming for this check up but overall it went great! It feels very family oriented like if I’ve been here for years. Great communication above all thank you team i appreciate you all.
