Nora and the Orthodontics team were the best
This dental clinic sucks.you have to indure so much time before they call you in.the Dr.keep on suggesting a lot of work on your teeth.every year she wants you to have deep cleaning that's why my wife and i stopped going there.staffs at the reception are not nice especially the guy.he doesnt smile or greet you when you come to him.i will definitely not gonna recommend them to my friends and relatives!
This is outrageous and unacceptable, such disrespect for patients time with an appointment and a 2 hour wait to see a doctor. One doctor and two assistants for 20 people in the waiting room. This is outrageous! This is definitely my last visit! Ps. No follow up reminder for future appointments .ps. It’s a shame for such a large company to have such a poor customer service, Palmdale deserve better service !
