No stars. They are horrible. They take your insurance benefits, then ignore you. I never had a good visit. I’m out an extra $1,000 my insurance didn’t cover, and now I have to redo two root canals and extract another tooth they worked on. They left a temporary crown on for a year, even after 6–7 emergency visits to replace it. The doctor told me I still had an infection and needed the crown ASAP but refused to prescribe antibiotics for months. If you want to be treated like your human and your life matters. You had better pay for all the upgrades that you insurance doesn't cover. Including letting them put dead people bones in you after an extraction. If you don't they will not take the time to do the job right and string you along to nickel and dime your insurance with follow up appointments. They will get their money one way or the other. This was my 2nd time in there I got a tooth pulled out and put in a bone graph with stitches and they messed up again for not sending my medication to the pharmacy im in so much pain. That I can barley think. I feel like there in such a rush to get out that they forget to send the medications over it can't be that hard. I will be going back in person tomorrow to have them send it to pharmacy. Im not sure if I really want to keep going with them
They use a call service in the phillipines to schedule appointments. I gave my insurance and insurance number and the idiots scheduled my appointment. They didnt tell me I wasnt In Network. I took the day off, wasted my time to find out in person that they were out of network. After I left called a dentist down the street, spoke to an american in the actual dental office and found out in 2 minutes that I was in network. This is what happens when you outsource. Dont use this place.
