This business is 10 out of 10 they know how to clean teeth very well. Staff is friendly.
ZERO STARS! Backstory: Brought my mom here for to get cleaning done and dentures since they provide prosthodontic care. After the first visit, they said they’ll get authorization from insurance about the dental cleaning and denture fitting. There was no issue with the authorization for deep cleaning, but they kept saying that the insurance hasn’t approved the denture fitting which takes about 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I call again, this time they said they just sent the request last week and it will take 2 weeks for insurance t... read more
Doc dental smiles is a very nice warming dentist office. I had a great experience with Cristina took her time with the X-rays. Is very kind and attentive!
I called my dental office about severe pain in #31 tooth, they scheduled my appointment for right after my deep cleaning which was 2 weeks away, ok so I waited in pain. After my cleaning I seen a dentist that I have never seen before that day..I explained the issue and they immediately took X-rays of my bitewings...they found that the 2 food trap issues that I had been dealing with for months has 2 LG cavities, 1 in each , I explained the extremely painful #31 bottom tooth.
