I can't recommend this place, especially if you're Black and have braids. During my initial visit for a 2 PM general cleaning, I wasn't seen until 2:35 PM. They took 32 X-rays, then told me I needed a deep cleaning and had to reschedule. This first appointment took an hour and a half, just for X-rays and scheduling. At my second appointment, scheduled for 11 AM, I wasn't seen until 11:39 AM. The hygienist who performed the deep cleaning was very nice and finished by 12:15 PM. I had a great experience at this dental office. The staff was welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. The office was clean, organized, and ran on time, which I really appreciated. I felt cared for and respected, and that makes all the difference. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care
Western Dental and Orthodontics has some of the worst customer service I have every experienced. 11 months ago I took my son in to be assessed for braces and all in the same day they put on his braces on the top teeth. I paid in full, not a good idea. The next week I realized that our insurance actually does cover a portion of Orthodontics. They said it would take 30 to 45 days to resolve.
