Horrible! Shockingly incompetent. They lie, tell you you need things you don't, just to get more money from you. A lot of time they do more harm than good. They pretend to be cheaper than other places, but you will end up paying just as much, if not more We are filing a complaint about them to the Dental Board. When I was around.. 6 maybe 5 I needed a few fillings and my mom took me here they said my mom couldn’t come into the room with me because they said “kids are more dramatic when their parents are in the room”. My mom signed a form telling them which teeth to fill... THEY DIDN’T FILL A SINGLE TOOK AND THEY TOOK LIKE 6 OF MY TEETH OUT! THEY TIED ME TO A TABLE AND JUST STARTED DRILLING MY TEETH. I had my appointment last week and Jasmin is the one who assist me shes very nice and she explained all my coverage about my insurance.And the dentist who assist me if good but i hope they also improved the waiting time of there customer.
