Came in with my husband today and the ladys were rude the wait time was atroshious and they were rude when i asked to go with him to see the dentist. Why dont they let a mans wife back there with him. I hate the staff and i dont like that they are so rude. They definitely did not make a good impression and i will be making a formal complaint
Unprofessional service on the front desk, they have to go to school to learn how to treat a customer...
Very Poor Service! Some of the dentist didn't know how to fix the whole in tooth, so I had to wait 45 mins for the main dentist to show up just to tell me to come back in 2 weeks. The staff is mean, and wont answer any of your questions. I really don't recommend this dentist office. Use your money some where else. Plus they won't numb your mouth all the way, you still feel pain,
I called early in the mooring for an appointment regarding a toothache; they gave me one for the afternoon. I showed up on time and filled out all their paperwork and by the time I got seen was 2 and a half hours later and all they were concerned about was what fillings I needed redone and not my toothache. Turns out I needed to have a root canal redone and they could not help me with that I spent A total of 3 1/2 hours there for this. The staff was very unprofessional.
