Very nice and helpful
Had an appointment that they called and changed multiple times. Finally the day of the appointment comes I show up and they tell me that there was no one there to see me and they needed to reschedule my appointment. They never called or emailed to let me know they needed to cancel my appointment. I drove all the way over there for nothing and the person at the front was extremely rude and lied about calling me.
WD after several months of appts was unable to construct a new upper denture. They repaired the old denture and offered to start over with a new one. When I refused, gave me a choice of a refund or credit if I decided to get the new one. I chose the refund which never materialized and after waiting for several months and many phone calls, was told they don’t do refunds. It appears I paid $625.00 for a tooth repair.
Return visit. Very clean efficient careful understanding staff needed a root canal/recap due to a car accident. Priscilla and all the doctors were very heads up and they went the extra mile to make sure my bite was correct and made things right, I have my smile back, thanks! An incredibly positive experience. I was running into issues with my insurance provider, and Damaris was exceptional -- calm, kind, professional, and went above and beyond to help me sort it out. Priscilla is an amazing x-ray tech, who was supportive and efficient in getting me squared away. Dr. Vaghari is amazing -- the calmest bed-side manner, clear and comprehensive in not only explaining my dental state, but going over options, willing to hear my input and work with my priorities. Absolutely recommend!
