This office acts in a very unprofessional way. Starting with the receptionist Wendy all the way to the Manager Mary. They violate HIPPAA laws and let patients get treatments and braces without the guardians consent. You wait over an hour for your appointment before you’re called in. Think twice about making this your dental office. It’s a very unprofessional office!
Muy mal servicio les recomiendo nunca venir aquí si tienen otra dentista cerca mejor vayan al otro lugar. Cuando tienes tu cita a tal hora siempre tienes que esperar de 1:30 a 2 horas para que te puedan atender siempre las secretarias dicen que está lleno. Pero por qué si programan una cita a tal hora tienes que esperar 2 horas o más para que te toque tu turno. Las instalaciones no soy muy buenas ahí lugares mejores. Yesterday, Saturday, 8/23/25 I had an appointment for a deep cleaning and I have Ortho with them too so they have to remove my wire/bands before I got the cleaning. Anyway, I got there at exactly 3pm the wait time was not too bad, around 3 minutes (they were so busy). The Hygienist was really nice and professional she made me feel comfortable. Loved the experience, the atmosphere and the workers especially Sienna!! As well as Dr. Choi
Would definitely recommend! I had a lot of work needing to be done and they did it quick and painlessly. I also bring my 4 year old here for cleanings. It's a great experience for us both.
