BY FAR THE WORST DENTIST IN THE HIGH DESERT
I went in for a cleaning and they did a really good job as well as really good customer service!
New patient waited 3 hrs for them to tell me they need insurance permission to basically do anything. Had very bad pain and said they could prescribe me medication for the time being which they never did had to call back to ask if anything was sent in and they said Dr was busy and didn’t get a chance to call in. Definitely won’t be returning for any further treatments.
I had a great experience at [Western Dental & Orthodontics]. Giselle did an excellent job she was professional, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. She took her time to explain everything and was very thorough. I really appreciate her kindness and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
