It has taken 3 months for them to get a referral for a root canal. I was told at my first appt. that they would put a rush on it due to my pain. They never did. They told me today that they called me April 1st to give me my referral number. I confirmed my phone number. I told them I’ve checked my phone records and I was absolutely NOT called. I let them know I was putting together a law suit.
Horrible customer service, never on time, wait hours after appointments, will never recommend or go again.
