I do not customarily write reviews unless they are extremely good or extremely bad. Western Dental Redlands was simply beyond the pale. I am not young. My teeth have been crooked for years, so finally after a great deal of soul-searching, I consulted with Dr. Luu at Western Dental and agreed to get braces. Dr. Luu told me it would be a 15 to 18 month process, and that for the first 6 weeks I would have to have metal tabs attached to the back of my lower front teeth. I just left this office my appointment was at 10:30am I arrived at 10:23am and left at 12:17pm without being seen. People came after me and were seen before me and then left while I was still waiting. I finally asked the receptionist how much longer would I have to wait and I was told that it would be an additional 20-30 min. before the x-ray technician would call me in to get x-rays. I HAD NY APPOINTMENT AT 2:00 AND WE WERE OUTSIDE WATING IT THE HOT SUN BECAUSE THE DOORS WERE LOCKED AND THEY LET US IN AT 2:15 CERY BAD COSTUMER SERVICE THEY JUST DONT CARE.
Two root canals and two crowns a year later and I can only warn potential patients from ever visiting this "dentist" desperately trying to pad their reviews with bots. Poor sevice, feels like a scam
Unprofessional, poor service Expect ro wait even though youve paid out of pocket
BE WARNED-Going to the Los Angeles Soto St location was like going to a restaurant, seeing you waiter for 2 minutes, placing your order for a hamburger, having the busboy come and explain how much the appetizer, lobster and dessert are going to be then asking how you are going to pay for it. leaving 2 hours later without any of the food. They are BIG on the UPSELLS here. BE WARNED
I went in for checkup, had a toothache, they didn’t find anything, went back a week later with toothache waited 2 hrs to be seen ,took new X-ray of tooth that ached, didn’t see anything wrong, during next few days I got infection, called to be seen to get antibiotics, didn’t have an opening to be seen for 6 days. This place is the worst for patient care, corporate run to see as many patients a day without any quality dentistry, I have to say it as seen.
