I went in for a crown and set up a payment plan for the procedure with a $400 deposit. Dentist decided it could not be done and I needed an implant. they wouldn't give me a bridge and offered to pull my side-front tooth. I decided to cancel services with them and get my $400 refunded. The office finance manger-Valerie agreed to process the refund (Feb.9th). As of March 2nd I have NOT received the refund. She assured me she was calling corporate billing daily to check on it. Western Dental & Orthodontics in Loma Linda, California, provided substandard care, marked by mistreatment, disrespect, and condescending behavior. The extraction of my upper teeth was followed by damage to my immediate denture, leading me to file a formal complaint. Unfortunately, this resulted in retaliatory actions, compromising my care and yielding an ill-fitting denture due to harsh treatment from the dentist. Thank you Western Dental on Lacey for taking care of me. This is the first time I have felt like western dental really did their job thanks to Dr. Al Aguri and his staff David, Esteban and Cynthia. My root canal was fast and painless. I give them all a 10 on customer service skills!

Before I talk about the ***terrible experience***. First things first I would like to make it known that the woman I saw in the back first who did my initial x-rays with was super cool and I have the utmost respect for her entirely. She was kind & respectful. Unfortunately that is where the good comments about my experience within this office pretty much end everything else was absolute garbage. Western Dental on Ave S & 47th Street East is a horrible place. They did three imprints for a temporary clip-on while I waited for my implant completion. The first and second clip-ons did not fit, and the third clip-on was worse because the dentist Pulled a tooth that was fused to my bone and was not to be pulled. I did not permit him to extract that particular tooth, he removed it to coverup a third imprint mistake. 70% of my appointments were false and wrong, and they always had an excuse to justify their incompetence.
