Friendly and Welcoming staff
Had an appointment for 1:30 last week, got there and the doctors were on lunch. Very frustrating. Then rescheduled for 9:30 appointment and after 50 minutes we left. Awful place. They lost my business and my husband didn’t like them either. So lost 2 patients.
This is possibly the worst run office of Western dental ever. From scheduling appointments while the ENTIRE STAFF is on lunch, to not informing patients of their future appointments upon exiting the facility, to the staff making fun of patients while they are within earshot. This is the absolute worst location I have ever come across. Whoever is running this office should take a very hard look at their staff, and how they treat their patients.
