My insurance can be tricky and I have yet to find a dental office that I don’t feel scammed or taken advantage of. I was referred by my mom who seen Dr. Vu and I can honestly say I am very happy!!! Upfront you get your costs and a breakdown of services. This office also gives you your itemized receipt when you finish. Horrible office they will bill you for treatments you do not receive. My husband had a dental cleaning and declined the flouride treatment but he was billed for it anyways. He went to the office to get the billing corrected the staff told him they would not correct his bill even though he stated he never received the flouride treatment. He ended up paying for a treatment he did not receive. Friendly and Welcoming staff
Had an appointment for 1:30 last week, got there and the doctors were on lunch. Very frustrating. Then rescheduled for 9:30 appointment and after 50 minutes we left. Awful place. They lost my business and my husband didn’t like them either. So lost 2 patients.
