The lady at the front desk (Yovana). She’s literally a rock star and looks like she’s on it. Her and the other women in the front are always running around but they made sure my mom’s treatment was well explained to start implants in October. This was something me and my mother didn’t really know about but when they explain that implants was the best option to make sure my mom gets her smile back. Emily business manager helped me get on payments to get my teeth extracted. She was such a good help along with Dr Bains my extraction procedure was extremely well explained throughout the whole time I was there.
Receptionists are very rude. Keeps you on hold for a while then hangs up on you. You call back , they pick up and put you on hold again without saying anything.
