I'm still waiting for the dr. To submit my claim to my insurance since October 2025. What an incompetent team. Including the rude atwater office receptionists.
Dr. Bains is caring, patient and so nice! She told me everything she was going to do and took such great care of me. The girls that work there are so friendly and helpful! I had major anxiety going in and they were so wonderful about it. I genuinely felt they cared about me from the moment I stepped in. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars , honestly.
DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTACT HERE! I WOULD TAKE KY HARD EARNED MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. YOU COME IN AND IT FEELS LIKE NOBODY WANTS TO DO THEIR JOB, NOBODY WANTS TO EXPLAIN ANYTHING TO YOU. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME PLEASE !
I went to two years of misery out of the Western dental in Merced I was not aware of their procedures what they do how they do it how they explain it to you none of that was available to me I didn't know what was going on from one appointment to the next they had actually skipped appointments and had me going to an appointment that I wasn't supposed to go to cuz I still had other steps to finish.
