Michelle Zamora was on it great customer service helped me understand all the procedures and cost help keep me calm during my sons check up he is 12 with autism but in no way did they let that interfere with their job they were kind and professional with him recommend 1000%
If I could put 0 stars I would. My appointment was set for 3pm for fillings. I was sat in the exam room alone for an hour by myself. They triple booked the same time slot with only one dentist working at the time. I understand being understaffed but at least let patients know there’s going to be AN HOUR WAIT so I could’ve had the opportunity to reschedule for a different day. Will not be returning to this dental office, very unprofessional.
First appt was great then every appt after was not. Was canceled appt after 40 minutes of being checked in for my 3pm appt. Appt was at 2pm i got called back at 3:22pm. Paid for my fillings before they started because they want payment in advance. They weren't able to do one of the fillings so I'm due a refund. And now have to wait for a check to be mailed to me, when I paid cash and they aren't able to refund cash. Received a receipt that I paid, but nothing regarding my refund still sitting in the waiting room for proof th... read more
