Pretty decent ortho service. Was treated by Hailey from ortho and I’m pretty satisfied
WORST DENTAL OFFICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. My 4 year old son and I both had appointments back to back and i wanted to go first to ease his fears and they wouldn't let him in the room. they expected me to leave my 4 year old child in the lobby and all it was was an initial examination. then they were rude about it. and I was a cash paying customer.
I sought out their services to have 2 wisdom teeth removed. I had my inital consulation and after Xrays was informed that 3 actually needed to be removed. During my first appointment, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The doctor who did my intial exam told me the surgeon would be there the next day, so it worked out perfectly for me. So the next day I showed up abut 20 minutes early and didn't wait too long. They called me back and I was so scared. Just terrified. The people who attended my dental needs were great. Very kind & concerned about my fears. I was not expecting the kind of care I got, it was much better than I herd from other people. The thing I didn't like was how loud the TV was in the waiting area, it was getting on my nerves before treatment.
My husband visited this office becaue he had an emergency dental issue. They were the only place open on a weekend, and let's just say the pain he endured from them was far worse. The staff is rude and careless. It took him 7 hrs to get a root canal and temp crown. We had to visit the office twice in one day. They left him for several hours in the room, while they chatted and took breaks. He was in severe pain, and they did not properly numb him. He came home feeling worse than when he went in.
