Completely useless people, we had an appointment met at 8:30 and still hasn't called after 2hrs
The front desk service today was extremely disappointing. The staff member had a very poor attitude and acted as if customers were bothering her simply by asking normal questions. There was no basic professionalism, no willingness to help, and the interaction felt very uncomfortable. Customer service should at least be polite and respectful, but that was completely missing here. If the business cannot find staff who are willing to provide basic customer service, it may be better not to have someone at the front desk at all. ... read more
