This office is a shame of business, I don't even know why is this place still open. This office is supposed to close at 4:30 pm today Saturday 8/16/25, I arrived at 3:45 pm and I was told by front desk receptionist that she was there by herself because EVERYONE left at 3:30pm and she was supposed to lock the door right after their left but she was only waiting for the last patient to leave 🤔...not even at lying they are any good. I had an extremely frustrating experience at Western Dental in San Mateo. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM, and we arrived 15 minutes early. However, by 11:36 AM, the staff informed us there would be an additional hour-long wait. This makes no sense why schedule someone at 11:00 if they’re going to wait over an hour? I had work to get back to, and my child needed to get to school. The office seems extremely disorganized. They are constantly getting new doctors, and the staff is always changing. Rudest staff. Couldn’t even be bothered to hold the for open for my grandmother who is in a wheelchair chair, after making us sit outside for 30 mins because they were on break, in spite of being told to show up early to fill out paper work. Then they told her unless she could stand for at least 5 mins, they couldn’t take X-rays. After a few mins of complaining about the whole experience, they finally offered a stool for her to sit on.
