I had a appointment here but was scared to come here due to all of the trash that sits outside shopping carts and begging outside it's people that sleeps right in front of their dental office will be booking somewhere else.

They tend to overbook patients a lot for ortho so make sure to make your appointment 2 hours than what you really want because you’ll be left there waiting & whats annoying is that the dental assistants are in the left back corner room on their phone not doing anything, literally getting payed to stand/ sit there on their phones. I also feel the receptionist Emily sometimes doesn’t know what she’s doing because I’ll ask her something about my insurance covering a certain procedure and she says yes and books me, then when it’... read more

I had to come in for an urgent dental issue, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. They made me feel like they genuinely care about their patients and want to help. I want to give a special shout-out to Luz. I made an emergency appointment to come in first thing in the morning today. I walked in crying And severe pain I felt like I was gonna faint. I tried to speak to the receptionist at least four times. She was so rude and And kept saying that she was the only one there and that I would just have to wait. Mind you, this was an emergency extraction, and almost to the point where I needed to call the ER I was a second one in the door and it was already passed my appointment time not one dentist or anybody asked me if I was OK.
