Today I reached out to Western Dental because I was sent an email stating that the office on Main Street in Mesa has moved over to Power Road location and the phone number to call to schedule an appointment was left in the email. I went on to call that phone number there is a recording that says this phone number is not allocated. I called a few times. I would have given a little bit higher but then I was told on June 15th that they would be going out of business before I could get the last bit of treatment. I was charged 1800 through care credit and but was supposed to get credited $400 for the night guard I never received through care credit and they were sending over everything to care credit that same day so I should get the reimbursement in the next 7 to 10 days. I had really bad tooth decay on my front teeth from a soda addiction, ended up having to have three crowns with temporary crowns for two weeks. Everyone was professional and cordial, specially Valentina. The crowns fit and look well.
