The office staff was friendly but inneficient, the hygenist and xray tech were delightful, the dentist was rude, and the endontist (who isn't a WD employee) was fine. I found it frustrating that I was called several times to ensure I would be present and on time for my appointment, which I was, but then had to wait nearly 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen, I also experienced billing issues, but WD has worked with me to resolve. Overall, below average service.
All employees are very kind. Has been the best dental care I’ve received.

If they had a zero, I would give them that. Took my mother-in-law here ignoring the negative feedback online . Worst experience ever. My mother in law is always sensitive to X-ray bite wings. and I made them aware of that before hand. But the attitude the assistant had towards getting her x-rays was so negative and she was so rude.
