Front desk was very rude. Customer service is bad.. the manger was so fake.
I rate this 1 star. The wait times are ridiculous, they give you an appointment at 9am and then they take you in for at least 40-2 hours.. Only caring about the new people coming in and not the old people who's been going there for years. This one time, they made my child and I wait two hours for our appointment. The more my child asked when they were next, the longer they made us wait. One time, my child's appointment was at 9am and they made us wait until 9:40am then when they finally got in. The unprofessionalism at this location and discrimination on patients insurance I got during this visit was off the wall. The attitude needs to be corrected. I addressed it with the employee but truly I hope a manager calls me asap this employee needs to be corrected
