The wait is always long but they have good dentists. Just be prepared to wait 45 mins to 2 hours for a cleaning but they do a good job.
Don’t waste your time and money, in the last month I’ve spent 3 hours in the waiting room here and haven’t even made it to the chair. The front desk staff are cold, uninviting, and frankly condescending. Definitely the dirtiest and slowest medical office I’ve ever been to. I don’t really understand why there even is an appointment system here as it will never be honored. I wish I could give negative stars honestly. You’re better off going literally anywhere else.
My experience with Rozina RDA was that she was friendly and professional. I also appreciated Dr C for being thorough, friendly and professional. I am very happy with the service I received today!
I called last week and told the operator that I am in pain and what problems I was having. He told me I could come in right after the holiday morning right at opening. I got to the clinic at 9am and they were telling everyone "because you only made your appointment last week, we're already booked and you might not get seen today." Then when I checked in, they told me that today would only be x-rays and a cleaning and any treatment would likely have to wait 45 days. Dishonest bottom of the barrel dentists. Terrible customer service and wait times. The dentist, female south Asian, who did not introduce herself probably because she doesn’t want anyone to know her name, told me I had gum disease in order to try to sell me their expensive chewing gum product. I have no cavities, and I went to a different dentist who laughed when I asked him if I have gum disease, of course I do not have gum disease.
