Loved this guys. Very professional people, gave a quick and equrate estimates on the deck project they did. Even worked within my budget with ample options. I highly recommend these guys for any projects you have.
We have used Western General Construction on three separate occasions to rebuild our front porch, back deck and to install a new front door. Ilia and Paul are amazing! Super professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly - their craftmanship is top notch every time. Their quotes are always thorough, fair and reasonable. If I could give 10 stars I would. Such a pleasure dealing with Western Deck Builders -- thoughtful, helpful, and offering solutions. Plus, just really nice people to be around. Following an initial accurate estimate, they used survey markers and county data to establish the correct lines, cleared brush, and modified some existing fencing to create a fabulous (permitted) fence and electric gate-opening system.
Beautiful work!! Ilia and Paul of Western Deck Builders take pride in their work with detail and finesse. Dry rot was discovered throughout my original deck, as you'll see in the first photo, as well as in the walls of my house. Previous deck was not built to code and very unsafe, which we didn't realize at the time. Safety and deck longevity are so important to Ilia that he was willing to add a few days to the job to ensure joists were covered with tape to prevent future dry rot and new stairs were up to code.
