Western Culvert has been nothing but the BEST to work with! Mid project we found out our contractor told us to order the wrong size culvert. When I called the office to see what we could do to get the correct size they immediately checked to see if their driver left yet. He luckily did not and they came right out and exchanged the culvert (We are over 40 minutes away) and they were over within the hour. Great customer service. Thank you!
Compared to other options, I went with Western for my culvert extension. It was only a bit more expensive than Menards, the delivery was next day and the material was 100% USA built and very heavy duty. Honestly a cut above the rest, I am incredibly happy to support a local business that does things right. I will be recommending to everyone I know.
